Sale items and custom order items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your exchange or return is processed, you will receive a credit memo by email. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items.

Rachel Leigh offers shipping via FedEx and UPS. Please note that FedEx and UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States. We ship over seas and to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information. We only ship UPS Worldwide Express for all orders outside of the United States.

Upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Rachel Leigh will not be held responsible for lost shipments that are the fault of anyone but Rachel Leigh and will not be held responsible for its choice of shipping carrier.
We will repair any design purchased through RachelLeigh.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email info@rachelleigh.com regarding any repair questions or requests.
To return an item for repair, please follow these simple steps:
1. Ship item back to Rachel Leigh with your complete contact information. Feel free to email us prior to sending back the item in order to receive a repair quote. Please note that quotes are not final until the item has been returned and can be evaluated by our production team.
2. Please make sure that all packages are insured properly and have a tracking number. Rachel Leigh is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
3. Upon receipt, Rachel Leigh will confirm receipt of package and advise repair fee.
4. When the repaired item is ready to ship, Rachel Leigh will advise repair fee and request payment prior to shipping item back.
